I start showing stains on my ceiling and thought it was water leak from the roof. I had a new roof installed a year earlier with lifetime work warranty and 10 year shingle. I was in shock when I saw the stain. I called the roofer who installed the roof, but they were out of business. I called Toronto Roof Repairs, he came the same day as I was terrified of water leaking through the ceiling. Leon checked the roof, took pictures and emailed them to me and told me that there is no problem with the roof and the water might be from somewhere else. That was a relived and it turned out to an old stain. To top it all Leon did not charge for the call. I would recommend Leon to my friends and keep his phone number for my self. I intend to use him again.

I called Bill from KNT electric with a small job. We needed to replace a fan in the bathroom and to install a new plug in the basement. Bill told upfront that if the work is urgent I should try someone else as they schedule service two weeks ahead. I told him is not urgent and received a call from Tim to schedule services. Kim came as agreed and did a great job. He did not have to replace the fan. Kim told that the ground wire needs to be changed as it was demaged. Kim installed a new plug in the furnace room as requested and changed the ground wire. Kim is very professional, and friendly., The place was left clean after he finished. I would recommend the KTN to anyone needing electric services and intend to use them my self in the future.

Worst service READ BEFORE SIGHNING A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. I have a heating maintenance plan and heating protection plan with enercare. Called for No Heat on Nov 22th, technician arrived half an hour late did not diagnosed the problem. Advised that the issue is a dirty filter which he changed even though the filter was changed two weeks prior. Cleaned a sensor and I helped him with the light. I was told all is well. 2 days later a called again for NO HEAT. The same technician arrived and announced the he needs to order a part. I called for the status of the part 5 times and each time was told a different story. Finally a manager told me the part was not ordered because the technician did not put and order for it and they don't know what part is needed. Them manager scheduled another appointment with a 4 hour window. I requested a call from technician when he is on the way. No call. When I got home at 5:00pm I was told the technician was there and ordered a part and the part should be there the following day. we are now 8 days without heat.

Not every contractor is the same. I had to redo tile work in the bathroom done by a contractor I engaged a year ago and could not find him. I called Lampert and got to speak to Lawrence. He came over looked at the damage and suggested to install acrylic liner on the walls around the tub, especially that it is a rental property and the one sheet wall will eliminate future damages. we schedule an appointment for the following day. Karol did a good job installing the wall. There was a small issue with the water control, Lawrence was back as soon as I called and repaired the issue. It was not their fault as the faucet was old and should have been replaced. They repaired the old faucet without complains. The wall around the tub looks good and the tenants are happy. I will use Lampert in the future with out hesitation. Thank you Lawrence and Karol

We have recently contracted Impact Roof works to replace the roof. The roof was in very bad condition and needed to be replaced ASAP before winter sets in. Ryan inspected the roof , gave as a quote and date of starting pending weather permitting. Mather nature was not very nice to us, but at first sign that sunshine will hold for a couple of days, Ryan and his crew was on the job. They worked Friday and Saturday and the job was completed. Ryan also checked and repaired my attic and made recommendation for the future repairs. All through the process he was very friendly, courteous, and professional. The work was done quickly, and the place was left clean. I highly recommend Ryan and his crew and will use his service without hesitation in the future.

I appreciate the great review Anna. Your house was definitely a big job having 2 layers of shingles and alot of wood replacement and re-leveling of the roof deck in spots, however we were able to get the job done as originally planned.

I called Mr. Roof Repair on Friday because of a leaky roof. They came on Sunday morning and did a temporary repair and within 5 days provided assessment and recommendation. Very professional company.

My basement had flooded during the rain pour in June. I had no experience with flooding, so I called a few contractors for advice and cost estimate. I settled on Clarke Basement Systems and was not disapointed with the process and and the finished job. After the initial interview with the sales person which I found informative we settle on a Tripple Save Sump Pump and a price which was acceptable.. On the day of the appointment for work schedule, we received a curtasy call from Fitz that he is on his way. Fitz reviewed the work order with us, checked the places where water was coming through and recommended that we waterproof the east south wall in addition to the sump pump. It made sense as the house is old and thesump pump may not be enough to prevent leaking. The final price for all work quoted by Fitz including the sump pump was reasonable. The working condition Fitz and his crew Storm and Adam were working was brutal, The temperature reached above 30 degrees, yet I did not hear complains or seeing them slacking from work.. They were professional,courteous and clean. Fitz (foreman) was very knowledgeble, professianal and service and customer oriented. He explained what he was doing in why. He also explained what to expect from the work that was done. I was very impressed by the way he conducted himself and was a good exemple to his crew. Even though the job was interapted because Fitz and his crew were called else where and had to come back to finish We were very pleased wiht the performance, customer servce and Fitz's personality. Thank you Fitz for taking out the guess work, and making the process stressless.
