I have the 3 in 1 bundle plan and also the heating and air conditioner maintenance plans. I also have a direct energy water heater. Called on May 23 2014 to schedule air conditioner maintenace as want to start using my air conditioner. The person scheduled my maintenace for May 24 2014 between 2 and 6. This was a beautiful day to waste sitting at home waiting for someone to come and after 6:15pm I called to have the person tell me they could not find any evidence to say the appointment was booked! My family and I wasted a beautiful weekend day! After calming down I scheduled another appointment for Friday May 30 2014 between 5 and 9pm. Called on Thursday to have them tell me again no evidence of a booked appointment! I am fed up, and if i could cancel everything without penalty I would! Customer service is crappy as they have trouble finding my account everytime and what plan i have signed up for. Direct Energy has no trouble taking my $76 monthly. I do not recommend this company at all, and i still have 5 months to endure this crap.God forbid I have something break.
