I had my fireplaces (4) cleaned and service by this company. They were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Great service at a reasonable price. I love my fireplaces that look like brand new. Will definitely recommend to other people.

A landscaper caused damage to the underground lines, which was found and repaired by Angus. A special thank you to Jim, Amanda and Marie for their patience and great customer service. I had been a customer in the past and will definitely be going back to Angus; I tried other irrigation systems service companies in the area and there is no comparison. Very happy with Angus.

Thank you very much for telling us about your experience with our staff. I remember your home very well as I installed the system through Prince Edward homes almost 18 years ago. Welcome back

I hired Zeggy early December 2013 to waterproof inside and outside of my basement on the South-East side of the house. After the work was finished, all of the tools, equipment, garbage, plastic sheets, large boards were left on the property until April 23, 2014 (I contacted Zeggy three times before he sent one of his crew to clean up). During the clean-up more damage was done to the grounds (grading and drainage). The grass was completely destroyed under the weight of what was left behind and I now have to re-sod 400 sq ft of grass. More importantly, I included in our contract that following completion of their work, my water draining system (tranches that were put in place 2 years ago to keep water away from the foundation) would be restored. Instead the tranches were broken and filled with dirt (the water backed up twice during heavy rains a few weeks ago). I specifically addressed this problem (in two emails) with Zeggy referring him to the contract; but received an email from Zibby stating they were "not a landscaping company". All my flower beds had Kwik Edge around them. That too was broken; and when I asked to leave it for me to see if I can repair it; it was thrown in the garbage. The most damage was done to my sprinkling system. I contacted the owner of the sprinkling company that takes care of my property on December 11, 2013, a couple days prior to WetBasementGTA starting their work and asked that they come and flag sprinkler heads and pipes in the area where work would be done. However, Zeggy insisted that this was not necessary because they knew what they were doing. I have a fairly large property with 12 zones. The ONLY ones that are broken are the ones located where Zeggy's crew worked. With the entire system being 6-10 inches under the ground level, we found that the pipes located in the south corner of the house were shoved by Zeggy's crew 2 feet under the ground level; and naturally they broke in two major branches. This entire zone will have to be replaced. One box with valves was buried under mounds of dirt and has to be replaced along with several heads. I have taken several pictures of the work site and forwarded them to Zeggy. I have obtained quotes for repairs listed above. I am looking at at least $1500 budget to resolve the mistakes made by WetbasementsGTA. I have contacted you first; but I intend to also write to Yp; the BBB and the chamber of commerce of the GTA. I feel that this company has taken advantage of my flexibility, understanding and goodwill. My multiple requests to resolve this situation were either ignored or dismissed.

We are waterproofing company and always advise our clients of the problems that may occur durning this type of work. Prior the start of the job we asked the client to mark the areas with the sprinkler heads as it would not be possible for us to know where they are to due to thick layer of snow. That was never done and homeowner advised us to go ahead with the job.

Durning excavation all plant material in the area being excavated is being removed. Depending on the time of the year it can be replanted in other area.
This particular job was done in January therefore replanting or saving plant material was not an option.

As previously indicated we are waterproofing company and and our written contracts always details job description.
The most importantly the above homeowner can enjoy a dry basement now!
