i have the most disappointing experience with this company. my furniture was ordered from there chicago store. Sunny is there store manager and she handled everything for us. It has been 2 years and we haven't received everything . i have to call her everyeeek and every 3 months one of our items do arrive but the item is wrong. She just can't get it right. i have tried to complain many times with united states manager but every time he tells me he will talk to her but then again the problem is never resolved. The company just wants to sell there furniture. There is no customer service neither do they care about customer satisfaction. They don't care. After spending almost quarter of a million , and 2 years ,i still haven't received my furniture. At this time i just want the company to take responsibility of there actions and sunny. and please hope to god that nobody experiences this.
