unsatisfied customer SW Calgary

from the time we moved into our til now 3yrs, we have complained of a squeeky furnace, they taped the edges, said they didn't hear it. Then we smelled gas, and have reports of it combusting at 247 ppm CO, no service on this, no return calls. Don't do business with them. Call Alberta Gov't for support with your options. This company doesn't care about anyone's safety or his own liability issues for that matter.
