Derek installed hardwood flooring in my kitchen, living room and upper hall. He also had to remove the existing tile flooring in the kitchen. He did a fantastic job! I am absolutely thrilled with the result! Derek is very intelligent and hardworking, punctual, honest and a bit of a perfectionist, he takes on a project as if it were in his own home. I am proud to say I now have "a guy". He can be trusted in your home to work independently, comes with the right tools and cleans up after himself, he'll even lock-up! I was in need of advice with regard to a furnace humidifier. Jason Rowe from the sales dept. Came over and was very helpful, knowledgeable, honest and professional. In fact he noticed right away I actually had and exhaust problem on my hot water tank which had the potential to be quite dangerous with carbon emissions. He turned off the gas/electricity to the tank and arranged for a service call the next day. As a single girl who knows nothing about HVAC stuff he was very honest in not taking advantage of me which was greatly appreciated. In the end I did purchase the humidifier and am grateful for the honest experience. Thanks again Jason!
