I recently had my roof replaced by Ivan and his crew. He gave me a very competitive quote and was very responsive to scheduling me in as my old shingles were in a bad condition. I gone up to my roof afterwards and the work looked to be top notch. Along with 3ft of ice/water shield, we opted to install a synthetic underlay. The roof looks great and I highly recommend them.
Signed up for the promotional Nest Protect Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detector for my mom's home and after 4 months received a call and installation date. The installation date was on a weekend between 5pm to 9pm and I needed to be there since english is not my mom's first language. I waited for 5 hours plus another 1.5 in travel time on a Staturday for nobody to show up! There were no calls to warn me of the missed appointment before or after. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I will likely contact Nest to provide them feedback on my experience with their 'service partner' Simply Smart. --------- 9/22/19 changed rating from zero to 3 Simply Smart called to reschedule and the installer came by on Saturday. She called 1/2 before arrival and was very efficient and professional. The Nest Protect was installed without any complications. I want to thank the installer for salvaging my impressions of Simply Smart.

Fixed Samsung Range Oven (WO 313919)
Reference WO 313919 : Amazing service from Elite Appliances. I was contacted 2 days earlier to confirm appointment date. Tony arrived on time and gone through the diagnostics of my defective Samsung range and was able to replace the mainboard to bring the oven back to life. Now I can cook the big turkey for the upcoming holiday season.

2 guys came over but they wouldn't take non hazardous renovation waste without us paying more. Only wanted to fill the portion of the truck i purchased. It was a waste of time.
Vlad was quick to answer and came by the same day to give me quote on moving my kitchen drain and water supply from the wall to an island. Igor and andrei came by the next morning to, 1) Cut out a section of the cast iron soil stack to install a tee to allow for a new drain line below the floor. 2) Build new drain line in between and through joist to soil stack. 2) Extend the hot and cold supply line to the kitchen island yet to be built. I am happy with the results and their care to minimize the amount of damage when cutting through the drywall.
