Mavros Painting & Roofing Co in Peabody is an irresponsible business owner. Eric Mavros was working on a roofing job next to my home. Permits were never pulled and his workers damaged our window which was estimated to cost $1,000 to repair. Eric promised to fix it and a month later, nothing has been done. He refuses to go through an insurance company and doesn't return any calls. He's not to be trusted. I would not hire him or recommend him for any contracting work.

the screan of the window was broken we bought a new one we went to install it they had a aircondition unit in the window , total cost was $30.00 we have not done any work for this women we are calling to go an install screan we cant find her .
