We used Rick Menard Heating & Cooling before to replace our hot water heater and was impressed with the price and service so we went with them again to get a new furnace and AC installed. Alain gave us the quote and was very professional. Mike and Nick did the work and arrived early and finished early. They made sure I was comfortable with the end result and the ins and outs of the new system before they left. Overall, we were quite satisfied, just like last time.

I bought some hardwood from BMR and had Bernie, Steve and their crew install it on the second floor of our house. Very polite and professional group and the job was done to perfection (Happy wife, happy life.). Reasonable price, able to fit me in their schedule, showed up when they said they would and actually responds to e-mails. What is there not to like? Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anybody for their hardwood installation jobs.

Friendly service with competitive pricing. Found a stove I liked but was unsure about the store I was at. I saw in the Prestige flyer that the stove was for sale there, though a bit more expensive. I went in, intending to request a price match, and they had already lowered the price on the floor to match competitors' pricing. Stove arrived promptly and delivery people were very professional. Overall, very happy to buy from them.
