Stay away from this place. Spent thousands of dollars on flooring using Finishing Touch as a Contractor. Their Sub-Contractor did a sub-standard job. After a few months, the flooring started lifting off and some grouting had already come off. Called Finishing Touch Contractor and scheduled a time to assess the sub-standard work that they have done. The Contractor NEVER showed up. It is obvious that Finishing Touch Incorporated has total disregard for their customers; and it's undeniable that they don't care about their reputation in the community their in. With the downturn of the economy and having only one income coming, there's no money left to have our flooring redone. So, we are stuck with this nightmarish situation. To the public, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FINISHING TOUCH INCORPORATED.
