Had Mike come in to quote getting the basement rec room and ceiling done. Short on time, Mike was keen on meeting my needs. Very professional, honest and no hidden agenda. Zoltan(the painting dude) showed up early, and did a great job, no mess, cleaned everything up and was a pleasure to deal with also. Highly recommend these guys and will certainly keep them in mind should I need a pro again....

Framed and boarded a bathroom in our bsmt, needed someone do get the taping and mud done as it's not something I'm happy doing. After a couple of no shows, called Trevor, who, showed up, started asap(which was preferred) and did a real nice job. I would gladly call Trevor again for my next project, and he stands behind his work. Thanks again!

Josh and his team was referred to us by a neighbor who works in the construction industry. Josh was punctual, through with his estimate, accommodating in the timing since we had gotten stiffed(no show) by another contractor and personable. The crew did a nice job of matching up the new to the existing, kept the job site clean and overall did a really nice job. We most certainly will consider Josh for our future projects as he has a firm grasp of customer service and believes in being competitively priced.

Had Mat along with several others quote replacing 11 windows last fall(October/13). Considering the quality of the product (North Star), the competitive pricing and the excellent customer service, Mat made it a fairly easy choice. Once the contract was signed, the windows were ordered and Mat was pretty bang on with the install date. His 2 man crew arrived and over 2 days, removed the old and installed the new. These lads were professional, cleaned up after themselves and did an extraordinary job. From the caulking to the trim, there was nothing to complain about and every reason to be happy. We intend to replace the front door also, R-Tech will be getting our business thanks to their superior customer service and attention to detail.

Dillon was quick to arrive and quote the job, that's where the good news ends. Some prep work was required before the job could begin, Dillon had already committed to other work so 2-3 weeks out was perfect for All Care. 2+ weeks later we called Dillon, he agreed to arrive the following week to begin excavating, he didn't show or call. We called, received what seemed a valid excuse and booked a new date 1.5 weeks out. That date came, nobody showed or called. Again we called Dillon, received yet another excuse and this time he waffled on the next date to arrive. A week later, we began to suspect they had under quoted the job (they were a referral and we're doing work for the person whom provided the referral). At this point, we decided to again seek more quotes and/or attempt to have others that had quoted almost 2mths prior come and do the job. Dillon continued to provide excuses "it's a small job" was the final straw. Last I checked, over $5k isn't exactly pocket change. In the end, this is a very sketchy outfit run by a couple of young guys that have no idea of customer service or how to build up reputation, STAY AWAY!

Unfortunately, this review excludes some pertinent details that resulted in our company’s decision not to undertake your project. Being a “small job” didn’t play a material role here. You are correct in stating that we called you to reschedule the start time of the project, however you declined to mention that when we did reschedule, you used explicit and threatening language. You also advised me that your spouse told me to “go ___ myself”, but you still continued to ask me when we may begin the job. As anyone might imagine, we did not feel this would be conducive to an appropriate business relationship or working environment for our staff.

We try our best to show appreciation of our customers’ patience, and due to the fact we had to reschedule in this case, a discount on the price of the project was offered to you. In any event, we apologize and regret that delays do sometimes occur that are beyond our control. Regardless, we are glad to hear your project was completed.

Had to replace the shingles, as several had blown off and most of the southern exposure was in bad shape. Had multiple quotes done, Re-Roof was very quick to arrive, competitively priced and Arthur was VERY thorough in explaining what services/products would be received. Once Mother Nature stopped having a hissy fit, Arthur and his crew arrived and did a very thorough and professional job. Everything in the contract was completed, along with some extras, fixing some eaves trough, caulking to name a couple. Photos were taken during the job to ensure we could see what the guys were doing. Thank you Arthur and the Re-Roof team, job well done and we will be recommending you!
