Multiple issues. Had them trouble shoot into a defective airconditioner, at which time i think the technician did a reasonable job, including cleaning out the airconditioner condenser using the hose. At that time he said an air compressor would work better, but he didn't have it with him as i asked for trouble shooting, not service. ok... I then scheduled a service for the other airconditioner and a duct cleaning, including a vent to a spare dryer. - They showed up without an air compressor and made no effort to clean the airconditoner condenser because of that. I cleaned it myself later and it certainly needed it. - The vacuum they use for the duct cleaning was small and plug into a regular outlet...not nearly the power the vacuum trucs have. The person doing it was in an out in a couple hours. I subsequently had another company clean the vents again which took him 7 hours, and he showed me the original renovation debris JPS did not get out. They also didn't didn't even have access panels where they were supposed to. - They also charged me to clean a dryer vent. I questions whether they actually did it later and they assured me they did. when i had the ducts cleaned subsequently i asked the other person to check it again and it was clear it was never cleaned. I was not able to use the dryer between those cleanings because of that (it's a spare dryer...). In short, they do a shotty job, don't show up with the right tools for the job, charge for services not rendered.

I have done many renovations myself and would consider myself a descerning customer, yet am very pleased with the outcome of my recent renovation project expertly executed by Maple Renovations. Alan's craftsmanship is second to none and combined with the his positive attitude and pragmatic approach made this a very pleasant experience.

Overall experience was very positive from appointment through to conclusion. Damien showed up when he said he would and right away got to work. He's courteous, thorough, and leaves the job in a state better than he found it in. I recommend his services.

He really dissapointed me over last two days of doing work. Started taking all sorts of inappropriate shortcuts. For instance, didn't screw the new toilet down (as is no nuts on bolts), but placed caps over so I couldn't see. Also tried to get away without painting the trim, instead just leave it primed. Also tried to glue metal drain pipes with abs cement?!?!...which obviously leaked. I'm just glad I did most of the plumbing myself or else I would have been very worried right now. I am however worried about the little bit of drain plumbing he did that I was not able to inspect before he closed it up. I would not use his services unless you can keep a close watch and know what to look for. Update: both drains he installed leaked, the sink was easy enough to fix (though that shouldn't be required), but the shower drain is going to be trickier. DO NOT USE THIS MAN!
