It's been 2 years since the renovation so we've had time to think about the work that was done. First the good parts: 1. Was accommodating to our needs 2. Mostly quality work 3. Decent communication 4. Followed design closely The bad parts: 1. The job took almost 4 months 2. Towards the end, communication broke down 3. Towards the end, details left unaddressed to the degree that they walked away from a few thousand dollars Overall, we enjoy our kitchen and it looks amazing. As another poster stated, if you get the right Colin, then the results will be great. If not, you may get less than you expected.

The service was on time, thorough, and informative. In a word: Excellent. Charges were up front, honest. I would definitely call Dale again. They were way better than Great Dane.

These guys are unreliable and inept. I had a light switch that stopped working and had them come over to evaluate the issue. It took about a half hour for this guy to finish. At the end of the job, he replaced my motion detector with a plain switch because he couldn't figure out the 3-way switch. Note that the switch had worked for the for several years prior. So I trusted his judgement and allowed for a simple solution. I paid $146 for half an hour and $10 for using a credit card. Two days later, the switch stopped working. I contacted them to see what they could do. The owner said to meet Friday. I take the afternoon off work but he gets held up at another job and can't make it. I try to reschedule three times. No response for two weeks. Seems this company does shoddy work. Fixing root causes is not their strength. But they do like your money.
