The whole installation went very smoothly and Paul was particularly helpful with programming the thermostat and then helping us resolve some programming difficulties on two separate occasions. He spent a great deal of time on a weekend on the phone with us, talking us through the re-programming. We were very grateful.

We thought Dan was wonderful when he did a great job of installing our new toilet. However, at the same time, he diagnosed problems with the flappers with 2 existing toilets and ordered new ones which proved to be incorrect. he promised to return with the correct flappers to do the repairs after his vacation. We had already paid him for time spent assessing the problem and installing the incorrect flappers, and he assured us that he would not charge for the next visit to install the correct ones. That was the last we ever saw of Dan. We called many times with no reply. Once he did reply, saying he was out of the country and would call when he returned. That was a year ago. As far as we know, he is still out of the country. I was particularly disappointed because Dan had seemed like such an honest and competent man - I never imagined he would leave us in the middle of a job and make himself unavailable.
