Josh and his team worked diligently to build a legal rental suite in our basement. He co-ordinated with the city inspector to ensure all the work was inspected at the appropriate times for the permits. He ran through all the numbers with me for the entire project and updated me as things changed/or went over budget. Josh and his team were polite, respectful, and constantly kept the job site clean.
