Last year of July, I installed the shutter, and found close not properly, then I called classic shutter reported them since they said 10 years warranty , up to now no people contact me and fix it. Today, I call them and they said this is service call and will charge me 80.00 and book the service technician to see it but next week. I felt very rediculars and i do not know how to handle this matter and I really want the owner of Classic Shutter call me and solve my problem. my phone numbe is 4162192388 katherine
