I own an older Pacific spa hot tub and was told by my towns hot tub store that I could no longer get parts. I went on line and found Pacific Spas in Alberta. Darcy Kemp was extremely helpful and not only got me the parts I needed but worked with me through e mails for a few days to make sure that we got the right parts. The customer service I received was outstanding and I plan to do business with this company regularly in the future.
