Great customer service. Came in to add a valve so I could switch the outdoor hose on/off from the inside (to turn off in the winters). Very polite and quick. Went through my house and made various suggestions on possible deficiencies due to the age of the house.
Was told the job would be done in 4-6 weeks. This dragged on for 3 months before they actually came to install (which meant that instead of being done in the fall, they were being replaced in the middle of winter -20 weather). They also replaced a window that wasn't meant to be replaced (so I'm still left with a single window that was SUPPOSED to be replaced) and the work site was left unprofessionally. Only until this spring I'm finding parts of my old window (8 inch nails, window cranks, etc...) littered all around the house.
