Our oven igniter needed to be replaced. Brian came by and replaced it within 20 minutes. He was super pleasant and we will definitely call Amann Appliance in the future for all repairs and request Brian.
Professional and Reasonably Priced Natural Gas Line
We wanted a natural gas line installed for our BBQ. We called many companies and no one would even visit to give us an estimate. We suspected that having an older home with a finished basement was the reason. Perhaps these companies thought our job involved cutting through finished ceiling and the like but we knew that it didn't. Nick was the only one who meaningfully followed up with us via email and telephone, visited, provided an estimate, and then returned to complete a very EASY job. He installed a gas line around the back of our house in no time and now we can enjoy grilling all year 'round again. Thank you Nick! We'll be recommending MetroWest Gas & Appliance Installation to friends, family, and colleagues and remember Nick for future jobs.
