Called this company and the owner Sam answered and was always available by phone. I called on a Saturday and he came by on Sunday the next day and had a look. Initially I called to have some cracks repaired on my stucco which is cream color. Sam suggested parging the lower half in a dark brown to contrast the upper half which is still cream. All my trim is dark brown and so is my fence. So I went along with his suggestion and I think it looks great. Sam and his crew came three days later and were very professional and never left a mess or anything. I would highly recommend this company. I am posting a couple of pictures of after and one of before showing were the crack was and the color for comparison.

Called Stephen on a Sunday around 3 p.m. and he arranged to meet with me that same day at 4:30 p.m. Was on time and we spent about 2 hours investigating and chatting about the issues with some leaking I was having on the roof around my fireplace chase. He climbed onto the roof and investigated and as well went into the attic. We came up with a plan and he went back to his truck and provided me with an estimate. He came fully prepared with laptop as well as printer. Very impressive! We agreed that the best solution and most cost effective solution was to remove the Chase and re-roof and the shingles were now 13 years old and the Chase was in the valley which was not a good thing. I also decided to re-shingle the shed as it was over 13 years old as well and in dire need. Contract was signed April 6 and Stephen advised he would do the work around April 30. Due to weather delayed a couple of days and on May 5 Stephen and his crew arrived bright and early and completed the job in one day. They were very friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves and left things as they were when they arrived except with a brand new roof on the house/shed and minus one fireplace chase and one very happy home owner. Stephen even took some pictures of the water damage that had occurred over the years around and under the chase. I would recommend his company and have passed on his business card to co-workers, neighbors and friends. On another note when he provided the estimate he said that was the price and it would not change once they started the work or when they finished. No extra charges for anything. He stayed true to his word. He is also very easy to deal with and as well usually always answer's his phone or if not available calls you back if you leave a message.
