Can't say enough good things about Rob! He initially REFUSED to do the reno on our 100+ year old basement, since he had concerns about the structural integrity and the floor. Instead of suggesting "quick fixes" like other contractors did, he encouraged us to ask around, bring in other experts, and then get back to him. We're so glad we took his thoughtful advice. After structural issues were addressed, Rob came back and gave us a fair quote. His team did the work efficiently. Every individual who came to our home was courteous, detail oriented, and skilled. Rob watched over the whole process carefully. He guided us professionally through the city permit and inspection process. He responded quickly and appropriately to every question we had. Great work from Pesticon! They did mouse extermination in our 100+ year old house, and examined the attic and roof for raccoons. They were incredibly thorough, polite and honest - we appreciate that they came in on a Sunday, and stayed till the job was done. We're first time buyers and purchased an older home this spring. Carson Dunlop was referred to us by our real estate agent. We asked the inspector to be particularly attentive to basement moisture issues during the inspection.
