Our builder grade windows were in desperate need of repair. Horizon's rep came to our home and gave us a clear, concise explanation of their products and service without overstaying his welcome or giving a lengthy sales pitch. Very professional and obliging. They showed up on time. Professionally installed our beautiful windows. Not only do they look great but they are air tight. The installers were so helpful and went over and above as did the manager. They will not leave until you are satisfied. All at very competitive rates. Really top notch. I would definitely do business with them again.

Installed frameless glass shower door and side glass panel. Mike was punctual, courteous and professional. Work was done to a very high standard. He was able to make the door fit even though I was told by other contractors that it would be a difficult task. The price was fair and reasonable. I am very satisfied with the experience.
