I found this store through another website where they came highly recommended. I was shopping for a double bed set for a guest room. The prices are exceptionally good, the owner was very friendly and the items were delivered professionally when they said they would. I went in for a bed but while there I decided to also purchase a spin bike as the price was good. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for a new, high quality bed at a substantial savings over a traditional retailer.

I contacted this company based on its Homestars ratings and some reviews on an another consumer site. From initial sales to installation through to follow up this company is totally professional. I found they did an excellent install, alerted me to energy rebates that I was unaware of in my region and completed things in an efficient and clean manner. I have recommended this company to my family and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. A+

We had our old wooden door replaced with a new steel garage door from this company. We had several quotes and these guys had the best price and turnaround time. Others were saying it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they would install and were several hundred dollars more. We decided to go with this company as they are local, fast and reasonable. They installed the garage door two days later and it looks and works great. It makes a huge difference in the curb appeal of our home. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the job in approximately two hours and arrived as scheduled.

My wife and I went to this store as our granite supplier was in the same area. It's not on a main retail strip but definitely worth the visit. On our first visit we found a leather sectional that we both immediately liked and found comfortable. The owner Tom encouraged us to visit the competition and didn't pressure us at all. We visited a few stores and didn't find anything comparable in terms or value and quality. We returned a couple of weeks later and this time we dealt with Adrian who was also helpful and had he same no pressure style that we appreciated. We ended up purchasing the sofa and got it delivered a couple of days later. Very comfortable and great quality. When shopping for leather couches avoid ones that are made in China and definitely stay away from bonded leather. The price is right but they don't last.

We had a few different companies quote for shutters. All of which came recommended. I decided to go with Star because they made their own shutters and the quality seemed good. They also had the best price of the three which was also a strong consideration. We paid a deposit and the install date was scheduled for two weeks later. They arrived as scheduled and the installation team was friendly and professional. They ensured that all the shutters were installed correctly. We are pleased with the way the shutters look and operate. They are a clean and modern look to our home. We opted for the larger slats as they allow more light into the house.

Tom was punctual, extremely friendly, clear and thorough. My wife and I were very pleased with the inspection and we were happy that we decided to get the thermal imaging as it allowed us to feel more secure in knowing that the home didn't have significant moisture issues. I would highly recommend going with Clearview should you require a home inspection. A+++++

I have used Anderson for new windows twice now and I have found their work to be excellent and the prices are fair. They use quality products and I have had compliments on my windows. Brian and Dave are friendly and respectful. I highly recommend these guys!

I found this company using Homestars and selected them based on recommendations by other users. I found these guys to be professional, friendly and courteous with me and each other. They completed the job quickly and efficiently and everything went perfectly. The left the bathroom clean. I found their price very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and would recommend them highly to others looking for plumbers. A+

I bought a new laptop and was interested in getting rid of my old desktop without losing all my photos / music etc. I called a few companies listed on Kijiji and Craigslist and spoke with Ripon of Inuter who said he could come immediately and he quoted me a reasonable rate. Ripon arrived promptly and was there for about three hours. He set up the wireless network / backed up my old stuff and put it on the new computer. He took an old lap top I had and got it working great again. Overall my experience was excellent. I found him knowledgeable and open to ongoing follow up / phone support. I had a hardware problem two days after set up and he returned and fixed the problem without charging me.

I needed the drain at the bottom of my driveway cleared as it was full of debris. Drain Force arrived and in 5 minutes cleared the blockage. They then charged me $160 which I thought was excessive for five minutes work. I understand travel time etc and I think that $80 to $100 would be more fair. I've had other trades come, spend longer and charge much less. Overall I can't say I'm unhappy with the work as they got the job done but I think they overcharged me.

I found this company listed on Kijiji and I hired this company after getting a reference from a previous client and after they provided me with a competitive quote. They completed the work for the amount agreed to but there were several problems with the quality of the workmanship. Some things were immediately evident and otheres were pointed out to me later by another (trustworthy) contractor. Issues included: 1) Sealing the joints of the ductwork was incomplete causing air to leak. 2) Placement of the bulkhead was done for the contractor's ease as opposed to esthetic or future reno considerations. 3) A/C unit rattled after install. Rob McFarlane's answer was to put a patio stone on top. This is not a professional response to a problem. Now we have a patio stone permanently on top of the unit. When I sell the house I suppose I am to tell the buyer that I hired a third rate company to install an a/c unit and the only way to stop it from rattling is to keep the stone on it. 3) The basement drop ceiling tiles had to be cut for the new bulkhead. Mr. McFarland did a terrible job putting these back up. He cut the tiles without measuring and now they are all different lengths. Overall I think there are people out there who will do a better quality job at a similar price. I would not hire this company again or recommend to anyone.

Our shower faucet was leaking so I called a few companies that I found on here and on Craigslist. The Craigslist ones were independent guys and I wasn't even sure if they were licensed plumbers so I was hesitant to hire them as I had a bad experience in the past with very shoddy workmanship. After seeing positive reviews of Bradshaw I called them and I found them to be reasonable and polite. The person who answered the phone was able to give me a good idea of the total cost. I made arrangements for a plumber to come the following morning. The plumber arrived on schedule. He was very friendly and courteous. He completed the work quickly and expertly. The final cost was what I was quoted over the phone. (The total cost was comparable / a bit lower to what the mystery guys on Craigslist wanted to charge!) I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs.
