I was listing a 650sf condo with a family of 4 living in this 1 bedroom unit. Needless to say it was very crammed and cluttered hence why they needed a bigger space. I advised them to put away some items but decided to leave the rest to a professional. Eve went in and helped the seller with some on the spot changes and suggestions. The client was very satisfied with her visit and said she would do everything she suggested before listing date. When I arrived to pick up the keys I did not recognize the place! What a transformation. I did not think it would be possible but the space was now clean, open and very stylishly organized. All done in a very reasonable time and budget.
