From the first call with Peter, I was impressed with SYWD's service. A family run business with attention to good customer service, and you can tell from the first meeting. Peter and John made sure they understood my concerns, and recommended what they thought was best based on the best product. On install day, John was punctual, and friendly (even in the cold and snow), and once they left, there was no evidence they were even here.
