RKE in Toronto

I had a Trane XR16 installed. Received $400 rebate from OPA because it's SEER 16, so the actual cost was $2550! This is a good deal. In fact, it's the lowest price for a Trane in Toronto, as far as I can tell. And it comes with 5 years labour! The installer, Jason, was very good, very thorough. I am very satisfied.

Belinda designed my entire 2 bedroom + den, 1161 sq ft condo. I also sourced all my furniture through her. She made the most of my space and I am very pleased. The colours we chose for painting the condo (separate cost -- job done by Milworks) were fabulous! The accent wall, which is painted Bonaparte Red, really pops! It has garnered numerous compliments. The red contrasts very nicely with the Creamy White of the rest of the living/dining area. I was initially nervous about deciding to have my new condo designed. I was unsure whether all our design decisions regarding layout, paint, and furniture would work out. But the end result has been awesome. The best design decision I ever made, however, was choosing Belinda Albo.

Milworks did a fantastic job for me. My condo looks magnificent! Paula and Tammy were quick and efficient, *without* sacrificing quality. Mil gave me a great quote and he was a pleasure to deal with. My condo has an accent wall painted with Bonaparte Red that really pops! It has garnered numerous compliments. I am so pleased I chose Milworks. My designer, Belinda Albo, uses Milworks exclusively and for good reasons!

Ali and Dwight from Tender Touch were exceptional in moving my downsized house to a one-bedroom apartment rental. They were courteous and efficient, and did everything within the accurately estimated time. Of course, it helps that I was well-organized before Moving Day, and I had already given away half my furniture and stored half my boxes in a friend's basement. So my particular move was relatively light. Still, Ali and Dwight did a great job and I will definitely use Tender Touch in my next move in 18 months (to my new condo at the waterfront).
