Alex came and provided a quote, he was not the highest and not the lowest but I decided to go with New Look Windows because of the customer service, Alex provided the quote for 16 windows and a patio door and took his time to explain everything to me. I had many questions and Alex would always answer immediately. The installers Vladmir and Alex were great, with the install being done quickly and everything cleaned up as they went. The finishing was done beautifully. i am very happy with my new windows. George is a very honest and professional individual. He is very good at what he does. He covered all the walls, the floor and the furniture before starting the removal, the removal process was very clean, then the prep work, plastering and sanding were done with professionalism, there was no dust, very clean work, the finish product looks really great, I am happy I hired George. Paul was great to work with, from the quoting process to defining the scope of the work and the installation, he went through everything in detail so there was nothing to worry about. Paul made suggestions on what will look good based on his experience. Paul has a very sharp eye and his attention to detail is great. Paul was great at all the technical details, he mitered the curbs and the shower niche, sloped the shower, built the bench in the shower. He would review the work on a daily basis and ensure that i was satisfied with the work. i made couple changes and added some extra work and he was very accommodating, I could not have chosen a better contractor for my project.
