Mike came for an estimate and I asked him to complete the work so he stayed to start right away. He was the most cost effective of the quotes I received, and did great work installing 4 new outlets and 6 lighting fixtures, and replace an automatic light switch too. He pays attention to detail to ensure the work is done right, communicates every step of the way, always on time, and passed safety without a hitch. I would certainly call him again for any other electrical work.

This plumber responded to a leaking toilet. They did a good job, fast, and went to pick up a new toilet for us. Just found them a little expensive, since the parts cost approx $190, and the hourly rate worked out to about $185 per hr.

We experienced roof damage from winter storms, and called severasl roofing contractors for quotes to repair. Several cam, several did not reply, some would charge for quote. Jerry from SMART roofing was prompt to respond, gave us a quote which was competitive with the others and we choose SMART to replace the roof. They were very professional, quick and attentive to detail. We have extensive gardens around and close to the house, and were worried regarding damage from the roofing process. Extreme care was taken and not one leaf was damaged! Well done! SMART used extensive draping to protect windows and landscaping. They also cleaned up each day to leave the site safe and useable for our family. At the end of the work, they did a final cleanup, and we would not have known there was reroofing done as they left it in pristine condition. Jerry followed up during and after the work was done to ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this company- they are obviously converned regarding customer satisfaction and take pride in doing professional work.
