Samsung dryer was not venting properly. they did an excellent job of diagnosis of the problem, explaining the issue clearing the dryer of debris and repairing the dryer.

Kyle did a great job of recommending what product would be best suited (including sensitivity to price/cost) for my kitchen reno underlighting using LED strips. He was very professional and took care in the installation of the lighting, as well as advising me of new building code requirements that had to be corrected from the old electrical.
