They all came in around the same price but was sold me on Custom Roofing was their friendliness and caring demeanor. Jacqui who is the office manager kept everything on track and ensured that her team completed the job on time and with no surprises. I was so impressed with the cleanliness around my home during this process and all the little extras that they took care of. When we had a bad wind storm back in 2012, some of my shingles blew off of my roof. I called Custom Roofing to have them come and assess the damage. They arrived within an hour and fixed the shingles right away. Phil, the owner, explained how he fixed it by adding high quality chalking around the nails so there would be no leaks. This is something that not all roofing companies would take the time to do or explain. While he was there, there were many of my neighbours with the same problem and he was willing to help them without having them call to make an appointment. He understood that people were upset and concerned about their roofs and he was willing to help and take care of their concerns quickly. I would not hesitate in recommending Custom Roofing to anyone. They have a family-oriented business, genuinely care about people and their customer service makes you feel like you are their only customer.
