Matt, our technician, was very courteous, mild mannered and professional in his work, explaining what work needed to be done and not pushing to get the work done. Cleaned up before he left and all COVID protocols were observed. Won't hesitate to call back Mr. Rooter when the need arises. My only surprise was a $15 Fuel Surcharge on the invoice that had not been brought to my attention. When I called the company, I was told that it was a flat charge to cover the visit imposed by Head Office. I found this to be unusual because my experience is that such a visit charge is usually waived when the work is done. The company ought to be more fortcoming on this.

Replaced shower stall tiles in bathroom and Marcin the tiler did an excellent job. However, work on the external front gable had to be revisited since it wasn't up to standard initially while the time to be taken for this work was overestimated in the Contract Price.

One of the 2 cables attached to a garage door broke and I called Mike who came the very next morning at the appointed time. It transpired that my other garage door also needed the cables to be replaced and Mike did a superb job on both doors very efficiently. He even checked and lubricated my garage door openers and tightened all bolts that needed attention. I strongly recommend Mike for such a job. Others gave me much higher quotes yet Mike still excelled in what he did for a lower price.

Commendable service by this company which I would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to do this type of work. Chris and Matt were punctual and excellent in performing their task in a very efficient and polite manner. Will definitely bring them back next time.
