My 7-year old furnace started throwing error messages and shutting down. Needed urgent help as nightly temperatures were still in negative. A Plus responded very quickly to my request - a technician (Roni, I believe) was at my place within an hour and diagnosed the problem correctly the first time around. Another technician (Frank) was at my place at exactly the arranged time the next day with required spare parts - he replaced those and tested the system to satisfaction while taking time to answer my questions and educate me on systems like mine. Overall, very professional, courteous and competent service. Would highly recommend to similar jobs.

Vlad came well prepared (based on some initial conversation and estimations) and executed exactly how we agreed, including the time required to complete the work and the overall cost as well. After experiencing some AC issues, I called Creature Comforts and asked for help. Grant responded although it was Saturday evening. Despite the fact that I live in an area that is way outside their zone of operation, Grant was very courteous, patient and professional and after asking about my problem, provided me with both a short and long term recommendations right over the phone, for free - saved me ton of time and potentially money. Extremely satisfied with the services received. Stuart and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. During initial, negotiation phase, Stuart was patient and demonstrated expertise, which made it so much easier for us. Stuart's team executed the plan well, with minimal noise or disruption, while maintaining a good quality work, both with the retaining wall and with the fence. Closing down the project, all my comments and remarks were taken into consideration and addressed. There were no surprises with previously agreed upon price. Overall, Stuart and his crew conduct business with integrity and pride and I would highly recommend them to anyone for a similar project.

A-1 did a chimney work for us just recently ... the front office was very professional, enthusiastic and timely in all their communication. Actual work was done by a knowledgeable professional - he has done an impeccable job, leaving it almost cleaner than it was before the work took place. It took no effort and very little time on my part ... all my questions were patiently answered and all steps of work carefully explained. Future recommendations and considerations were also communicated at the end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

This is the first time we used Capps ... we decided to perform a thorough duct cleaning before moving into our newly bought house ... Paul and Joe exceeded our bet expectations. They were knowledgeable, professional, yet friendly and efficient. They've done a great job (all ducts cleaned very well, AC coil cleaned, filters replaced, dryer vent cleaned and tested), managed to explain their actions while they were going through the house, educate us on a number of related matters, be very gentle with the floors and furnishings and leave no mess behind ...
