We purchased shutters and blinds from Global Shutters in 2006 and have had no problems. My kids recently broke two shutters so I took them in to Mike and he fixed them in two days, he also delivered them back to our house. If we moved to another house I would purchase these shutters again. Ron in Richmond Hill
