Adam and his team at The Carpentry Group are absolutely phenomenal. Consummate professionals right from the initial phone call / quoting phase through to the final touches of our project, Adam helped us to reimagine our entire backyard. The team completed the project in a very timely manner which was appreciated. We also found them to be very creative when designing our space with us. We would highly, highly recommend them and we look forward to working with Adam and The Carpentry Group on future projects!

2018 started when we found that our basement had flooded with 2 inches of water due to a frozen (and subsequently burst) water pipe. We called Hoerner and the friendly agent told us that we would be contacted shortly with a time that that a plumber could come and assess the issue (we had turned the main water valve off so there was no further risk of damage). True to their word, Derek and Amir came the following morning. They did minimal damage as they tried to find the location of the burst and when they found it, fixed the copper joint it in a timely manner. Derek really took the time to explain the issue and what we could do to prevent it. They cleaned up the mess (boots and drywall cutting) and clearly explained the bill I received. I would recommend Hoerner to anyone that asks me, and will be sure to use them again.
