If you want to appear on the TV show "Holmes makes it Right" this is your guy! After meeting with him and planing our reno, the owner figured it would take about 4 weeks, we decided to move out of our house for this time, and didn't get to move back for over 4 months. There were numerous problems and corners cut, that were only caught buy me constantly coming by and checking on the house. The contractor would hire pour sub trades that had to return numerations times to repair pour work that was done. There were two things not done to building code including sealing of attic pot lights and size of venting for a hood fan. I really wonder if there are any others that I don't know about. Other examples of deficient work are the contractors replaced an exterior door, after doing this there was frost on the floor on the inside of the house, there solution was to tell me to calk from the threshold to the hardwood floor. They Installed a new window and did and extremely pour calking job that even the window supplier to us to have fixed. After much complaining on our part it was eventually repaired. Even though this contractor came some what recommended all I can say is we had a terrible experience with them.
