Purchased a new home, and had Radoslav come and re-key the doors prior to move-in. I also asked for his advice on installing a new electro-mechanical keypad, about which I knew nothing. He was knowledgeable, fast, professional, and punctual. He re-keyed the doors, installed and tested, and trained me on the keypad in an hour. Excellent service.

WaterWorks was the only one of four plumbers in Toronto who called back, and actually completed a job. The previously three I called either didn't call back after initially talking to them, or simply didn't show up, and subsequently didn't answer calls. Comparing to this low grade of professionalism would make any normal company look good, but WaterWorks additionally called several times to touch base with me (while a delegate of mine was handling onsite liasing) to ensure the plumber arrived (early!), and completed work on time and to my satisfaction. The cost was higher than I would have liked, but the service was great, and for time-sensitive repair needs, this was key.
