We recently had the great fortune of having Woody of Mayne Home Inspection over to our new home that we were on the cusp of purchasing and are so glad we did. We've dealt with other home inspectors in the past, which all too often, brush over things, and simply do not take the time to go over things in a thorough, detailed manner. Woody is a cut above the rest. He is everything that a fine home inspector should be; he's friendly, approachable, clearly passionate about what he does, engages with home owners (or prospective home owners) in a warm, informative manner, and he doesn't take short cuts. Let's face it; our homes are the biggest investments we make in our lives, emotionally, financially and otherwise, why settle for anything less than the best when getting your home assessed? I cannot heap enough superlatives on Woody and will refer him absolutely every chance we get
