Kevin and his partner Chris /RJN Contracting worked on my home renovation. Very sloppy work. Broke things around the house (dings in walls, furniture...etc.), tried to cover it up and denied responsibility, and used lower grade materials. They installed chipped/cracked tiles that they cut poorly, grout was poorly applied and denied all wrong-doing. Both tried to have me buy more paint than was needed (was told by Paint Store to be careful as contractors sometimes keep excess paint or switch out brands.) Left home a mess (did not clean up after themselves.) They did not return to fix their messy work or clean and dispose of their garbage. Sometimes, slow or non-responsive to emails, texts or calls. Once they have your deposit and they begin work, they will quote high prices for any add-on work. Don't use Kevin/All Phase or Chris/RJN Contracting or you will regret it and lose money. Just because he's licensed doesn't mean anything. He's a one man shop and these businesses tend to not come back like well-known companies who want to maintain a good reputation. I had to hire another Contractor to demolish everything and start fresh. Check with the Better Business Bureau (Tel: 914-333-0550) and Westchester Consumer Protection Agency (914-995-2163) about All Phase complaints. Update: Kevin was fined by WCP and he turned in his license but he could still be working off the books or under other Contractors including Chris/RJN Contracting so BEWARE!
