I purchased 5 windows, including 2 Bays, from Ontario Sunshine. Don was very knowledgeable and patient when answering my many questions. Penny was very efficient and pleasant in her handling of all the paperwork and additional questions. Mario is meticulous and did a wonderful job installing the windows. Very happy with the North Star Windows. They are very efficient at cutting out noise, have very smooth operating mechanisms, amazingly easy screen installation and look very nice. Can't comment on condensation or cold efficiency as it has been mild. Quoted price was very competitive. Windows and installation were well worth cost. Would not hesitate to recommend.

John Grady is meticulous. When I suspected a racoon may be in my attic John conducted a thorough search for signs of any animal having entered my home. Although he did not want me to go to the expense of an attic search he willing did the inspection at my request. Fortunately nothing was found. I followed all his prevention recommendations. John was at my home for 6 hours - he was extremely thorough. The cost was very reasonable. Many thanks. I would certainly recommend Grady's Wildlife Removal!

I did not receive any written communications re the renewal of my plumbing protection unlike in previous years, so in this regard I would have to express my negative. I did, however, speak with your representative, Ian Roberts and as a result of his efforts, I did renew my plumbing protection plan. I am extremely satisfied with my plumbing protection plan.
