I needed a through clean for my condo after some difficult tenants moved out. I shopped around and went with Minteriors because I liked their clean product philosophy and their reasonable price. Unfortunately their cleaning wasn't thorough or consistent. There was a lack of any attention to detail in the kitchen and in the washroom in particular. I was upset that they billed me for a full-day (8hrs) of cleaning a 700sqft apartment and it wasn't ready to show new prospective tenants. I would not recommend them for this reason.
