Purchased a bedroom set in January which is PAID in full, now April still waiting for all pieces to be replaced because of pour assembly and damages. Communication is NIL. I call them and have been misled several times. Repairman was scheduled, deliverymen show up and say the repairman has been hospitalized for wks now. they show me the replacement pieces and they are worse than the ones I have. today I call and find out the times are back order and will again be Weeks. Even a bed issue wont be addressed. Its 5 inches too long and they say its the way its designed !! I made some suggestions to fix but they say it will void my warranty. REALLY??? its their problem but it will avoid my warranty. Products are not necessarily Canadian either. The company may be but they are manufactured in the US or elsewhere.
