We were updating our home with renovations and painting. Erki painted our living room, dining room, den, one bedroom, hallways on two floors and a large living area in the basement: walls, trim, doors and one ceiling. Our brand new floors did not have a spot of paint on them afterwards; wall paint was smooth and consistent in colour, stairs were beautiful with crisp lines. Erki is very busy but worked very hard to finish our job in a timely way. We are very happy with the results and with having such a pleasant person to do business with. Highly recommended!

Frameless glass shower enclosure
The enclosure consists of a small L-shaped piece floor-to-ceiling and a door. Either Timeless' measuring was incorrect or the glass cutting, I don't know, but the resulting tolerance for the door closure was about 1 mm., if that. On two occasions in the past I have made adjustments with difficulty, having called Timeless and received no reply. Now, I am unable to make any adjustment to allow it to close properly (using the hex Allen key in the hinge bolts). I have two other similar enclosures done by two other companies both of which work perfectly and have never needed adjustment. I have called the company again - they don't answer their phone or return messages asking for help. Avoid this company.
Having previously contracted two bathroom renovations with other renovators I can honestly say that Get Renovated did the best job and met all my expectations. Jim responded to my initial call quickly, and listened to what I wanted. He added to and improved my ideas and produced a very fair quotation. Mike and others did a great job of completing the work in a timely way, arriving as planned, working hard to stick to the plan even when the occasional problem arose, keeping the site and the surrounding area clean, and producing quality results. We are very happy with our bathroom renovation - produced on time and budget - and others who have seen it say "it's gorgeous". Thanks to everyone at Get Renovated for a job well done!
