This is my family's second time using Michael's services -- the first being on a deal that didn't close the previous Fall -- and I'm pleased to state that he was every bit as conscientious, professional, and detailed on this occasion as he was during the last one. Michael makes certain to provide a thorough overview of the overwhelming majority of the structure (he didn't review the roof of the new home for safety reasons), utilities, and appliances in each home and provides a detailed report of his findings, including colour pictures. Count this as yet another glowing review for someone who clearly is diligent and proud of his work.

Five years ago, we hired Chris to put a small patio into the tiny plot of land we have for a front yard. Most of the other landscapers we contacted were uninterested in taking on such a small project. Although the design we had in mind was irregularly-shaped and called for a herringbone pattern on the patio stones, Chris and his crew were accommodating, fast, and professional. The grading on the yard was maintained to allow for good drainage, with the exception of the pad we requested be mostly-level for the barbecue we put in shortly thereafter. Five years later, we've never had any problems with water pooling and maintenance has been a non-issue (we just pull weeds from the cracks about once or twice a season). We're very happy with the service we received.

I've had a membership with Mr. Rooter since the early 2000s, when I first moved out of my parents' house. It has been worth it every time. Not only do members get discounted service and put on to a priority waiting list, their service has never been anything less than spectacular. Since our move to a new home nearly 7 years ago, the few times we've needed service we've received thorough inspections of the problem(s) as well as a cursory inspection of any future issues we might encounter. Our plumbers have always been helpful, fast and are sure to leave their workspace clean when they leave. During the most recent visit, we needed our kitchen drain snaked. George had a look at the exposed plumbing on lower floor to get a sense of what direction the drain lines run and about how long of a distance he was going to have to snake. After pulling some thoroughly nasty grease plugs out of our plumbing, not only is the kitchen drain running smoothly, it even (unexpectedly!) cleared up a lot of the difficulty we were having in the second floor sink drain. I continue to be a very satisfied customer.

Brent did an excellent job, was very professional, didn't rush through any aspect of the inspection, had the patience to respond to "first-time homebuyer" questions we were posing and offered his advice on the minor problem areas we encountered. We were provided with digital photos following the home inspection and had email questions answered promptly. We didn't close the deal on this property (nothing to do with the home inspection), and we will be using Brent again when the opportunity arises.
