We just moved into our house. We had ordered home theater seating, china cabinet, dining room table and chairs, bedroom set and a buffet. My wife stayed home to accept the delivery of the bedroom suite and dining room table, finally after no call as to when they will be delivering, she called them and lo and behold they have no record of the order.. if we didn't have our invoice and credit card reciept, they would not have done anything.. our 2 week estimate on the bed and dining sets now will be 3+ more weeks. and the 4-6 weeks on the special order stuff is now 8-10 weeks. We still have not recieved anything!

We called these Guys to come and remove some items from our yard because we were moving and didn't need to pack waste. They showed up 2 hours late the first time .. lost the order the second time and when they finally did show up they dropped a big crate in the driveway that chewed up the gravel pad something fierce. The same guy could not find the same address the second time they came. I would not recommend these guys unless you have no other choice..

Quoted for a pack and move from Edmonton to Leduc. They showed up late, with no orders to pack, no boxes to pack, and they told me they don't take open box stuff and that they don't pack, there should have been packers that came before them. They didn't have any boxes on them but assured me they could get some.. They also had one guy who didn't even show up. They had to bring a guy from another moving company! who just happened to be a friend of one of the movers. They called their boss, who didn't return their call, and then when he did they told me it would be an hour and a half of paid waiting to get the boxes. They showed up at 9.. tried billing me from 8-2 plus 2 hours travel for a half hour trip each way. Then i had to help them unload my stuff, which legs were lost from couches, tables.. they apparently pad all furniture which is not true. My couch was shrink wrapped, broken on the bottom in the middle with ripped fabric and broken wood. Tables bent, desks shattered.. Items missing... i'm so glad i didn't get them to move my electronics. My baby's crib was all scratched up .. his change table almost destroyed.... All in all a Miserable experience with these people. I recommend against it. They were more concerned with hurrying up than doing it "Carefully" This was not a good experience and i advise people to stay away.
