Others in our family had used Haystack Home Inspections previously and were very impressed by the quality of the home inspector, his work, and his follow up, so we went with HHI as well. So glad we did! Chris was excellent - very knowledgeable about everything he reviewed, took the time to do an extremely thorough job, and comprised a comprehensive report that was easy to read and understand. He followed up with a call after as well to check in and see if there were any remaining questions. We very much appreciated his expertise and he is extremely personable so we felt comfortable talking to him and trusting in him to guide us through this important process. Chris gave us great insight into the home we were looking at, and after consulting with him, we felt confident in moving forward in our decision making after the completion of our home inspection.
