Repairman was subcontracted from PCHS to fix fridge. He installed a part, then broke my waterline connection. He assured me that he would be back in a week with another part and he would fix my water at that time. He refused to leave until he was paid 90% of the bill. Never heard from him again, as he refused to answer texts, emails, and phone calls. 21 days later I fixed it myself with a 5$ part and a YouTube video. Without integrity, you have nothing!
