We were very fortunate to have Chris as our home inspector. . Chris was very patient and explained everything to us . He did a thorough inspection even though we called him out last minute to make a appointment. He emailed us a hard copy report the next day as promised and he also gave us a follow up call to answer all the questions we had. On his report he listed each item that requires attention, service or replacement. I was really impressed with the level of service he provided.
