I had verbally contracted with the owner (John Mott) for pool cleaning services. Not only did this company not show up but they repeatedly would string me along for over 1 month. Making one false promise after another that they would "be there" in a few days. The owner is unreliable, unprofessional, and incapable of communicating when necessary. Horrible service...horrible responsiveness (none). Finally, I was forced to locate another company that charged more because the pool conditions worsened in that month!
