We bought a place in downtown Toronto but wanted an income suite in order to defray some of the monthly costs. The original basement was old, nasty and very out of date. Mark helped us with the layout and design and even pointed out where we should spend the money and where we could save (we needed to put everything in: kitchen, bathroom, floors, lighting, everything). After he was done the unit looked amazing and we had no problems finding good quality, potentially long-term tenants. We would certainly recommend Henge Homes.
