ARPIS installed a PureAir™ Air Purification System donated by Lennox and a house humidifier from general air in our home free of cost for our special needs son with respiratory problems. It has made a huge difference on the quality of air in our home and has cleared up his cough considerably.

Had a FLO error on pump 1 of my swim spa. Tried to submit a service request via e-mail and online but didn't receive a response after two days I called and was immediately able to book an appointment. The first technician came out on a stat holiday and after looking at my spa said he couldn't fix it in under an hour so needed approval to do the work. The second fella came up a few days later and had it back up and running in a no time. All three associates were very professional a few logistical issues and delays in getting it fixed. Luckily it is still under warranty so only had to pay for their travel out of the city.

He handled all of our requests throughout the project gracefully and was incredibly accommodating. He kept us up to date on any and all delays whether it was a delivery being late or a permit being held up and he handled it all for us. This was the first project we have ever undertaken that was relatively stress free and we didn't have constant fights with the contractors about unexpected costs/surprises. We now have the happiest one year old in Langdon.

I hired them to fix the sump pump and discharge for a home I bought as I woke up to a pond in my backyard the first spring we moved in. After their "fix" it's ten times worse this year flooding all along my foundation and a shed in my backyard. Service men have come out and told me its working as designed. Never mind my electric bill running the pump every thirty seconds but I will have to dig up and regrade the backyard redo the landscaping and had to disconnect their ice guard system to put on my old discharge pipe and get the water away from house However, they have had prompt response from their service department and come out to look at it at least. Fingers crossed it will get fixed this summer.
